That approach hasn't changed. What has changed is the range of homes and businesses we've transformed across West Sussex and Surrey. We specialise in plantation shutters, café style shutters, solid shutters, tracked shutters, venetian blinds, roller blinds, vertical blinds and bespoke curtains. Every product is made to measure for the specific window it will cover. There are no standard sizes, no off-the-shelf compromises and no shortcuts. As a family-run business, you speak directly to the people who survey your property, manage your order and install your products. There's no call centre, no sales team working on commission and no subcontracted installers. The person who measures your windows is the same person who fits your shutters. We work with homeowners renovating period cottages in Sussex, landlords upgrading rental properties in Crawley, families building new homes in Surrey, and business owners fitting out offices and restaurants across Kent. Whatever the project, we bring the same level of precision and care. Our service area covers all of West Sussex and Surrey, with dedicated coverage for Horsham, Chichester, Crawley, Dorking, Guildford, Worthing, East Grinstead, Reigate and Godalming. ## Our Standards Are Non-Negotiable Every installation follows the same structured process: precise measurement, bespoke manufacturing, professional fitting and a final quality inspection before we consider the job complete. We don't rush, we don't cut corners and we don't leave until every product operates exactly as it should. We use materials sourced from trusted manufacturers — premium basswood, engineered polymers for wet environments, high-grade aluminium for venetian blinds and carefully selected fabrics for curtains and roller blinds. Every material is chosen for durability in real-world conditions, not showroom appeal. Our guarantee covers materials and installation. If something isn't right, we return and resolve it at our cost. That commitment isn't a marketing statement — it's how we've maintained a 5-star reputation across hundreds of installations over more than two decades. ### Precision First Every product is measured to the millimetre. No guesswork, no standard sizes, no gaps. ### Materials That Last We select materials for longevity and performance, not just appearance. ### Genuine Accountability If there's an issue after installation, we fix it. No questions, no charges. ## The Numbers Behind Our Reputation 25+ Years of Experience Serving Sussex & surrounding areas since 2000 1,000+ Projects Completed Residential and commercial installations 5★ Google Rating Consistently rated by verified customers Same Day Response Time We return enquiries the same working day ## What We Install From plantation shutters to bespoke curtains, every product is made to measure and professionally installed by our experienced team.
